Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Anonymous Chat, an 18+ dating / meet-and-chat mobile app and related services. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Community Guidelines.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older. You self-attest your age at signup.
We may suspend or ban accounts suspected of underage use. UNDERAGE reports can trigger automatic suspension pending review.

2. Account

You are responsible for your password and login ID.
No-email (“pseudonymous”) accounts are recoverable only if you save the generated login ID and password. We do not offer email password reset for those accounts.
Do not share your account. Do not impersonate others.

3. Acceptable use

You must follow the Community Guidelines, including rules on adult content, consent, and zero tolerance for CSAM / exploitation. We may remove content, suspend, or ban for violations, including harassment, scams, illegal activity, and underage concerns.

Do not abuse Invites or Boost: no fake accounts, self-referral schemes, invite farming, or other manipulation of referral rewards or discovery ranking. Boost only increases temporary visibility in Online discovery; it does not guarantee matches or replies.

Moderator contact: ops@anonymouschat.tech. High-priority reports (especially underage) are targeted for response within ~24 hours when staffed.

4. User content

You retain rights to content you send.
You grant us a limited license to host, transmit, store, and moderate that content to operate and secure the service.
Chats are temporary and may be deleted automatically after a retention window (default 30 days).

5. Safety tools

Block and Report are available in the app. Dating chat involves interactions with strangers — use these tools and report serious risks.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, matching outcomes, or that every user follows the rules. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for user conduct beyond reasonable moderation tools described in our policies.

7. Termination

You may delete your account from Settings. See Account deletion instructions.
While deletion is pending, new login and token refresh are blocked.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after the updated date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
